Thai Rice Salad /4 pers.

Ingredients:

1 c. thai rice (red rice)
½ c. dried raisins
½ c. celery, finely cubed
1/3 c. olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
3 tbsp BAHARAT

Preparation:

Cook rice. Add to cooked rice the remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy as a cold salad.
