Marinade for beef and chicken /Steak Spice
Ingredients:
2 c. barbecue sauce
1½ c. non hydrogenated oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp steak spice
Sticks of fresh thyme
Preparation:
Mix in all the ingredients and transfer in a plastic bag « ziplock » type. Add in the meat in pieces and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours. Use the rest of the marinade during the cooking.
