Salmon and Trout Tartar / Gomasio

Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet (about 100 g)
100 g smoked trout
2 tsp Gomasio
Lime juice and oil to taste

Preparation:

Finely chop salmon and trout. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix. Serve as an entrée or as an appetizer on a bed of lettuce or as a spread on a rusk.
