Lamb Knuckles with Garam Masala /Garam Masala

Ingredients:
3 lamb knuckles
Olive oil
1 piece of fresh ginger
3 onions already cooked in oil
3 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Couscous Spice
Water (enough to cover the preparation)
Coriander leaves
Quarters of lemon
Preparation:
Set the oven at 325º F. Brown the knuckles in oil. Add in ginger, garam masala, couscous spice and water. Cook in the oven for 3 hours turning the meat at every 30 minutes. Add the cooked onions 10 minutes before taking out the preparation. Serve with coriander leaves and quarters of lemon.
