Fish Fillets with Tabil

Ingredients:
750 g fish fillets
1 c. fish broth
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
2 tomatoes finely sliced
2 tsp TABIL
Sea salt
Parsley
Preparation:
Rub fish with the sea salt and the Tabil blend. Put aside for 10 minutes. In an oven-proof oiled plate, put half of garlic, onion and tomatoes. Top with the fish and the rest of garlic, onion and tomatoes. Cover with the broth. Cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
