Chicken Breasts in Papilotte /Wild Mushrooms Sea Salt

Ingedients:
2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 tsp Wilds Mushrooms Sea Salt
250 g mushrooms of your choice
200 ml white or red wine
50 g butter
1 stick of fresh thyme
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
Aluminum foil
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix in all the ingredients except wine. Shape a papilotte with a piece of aluminum foil et fill it in with the mix. Add wine and thightly close the papilotte. Lay the papilotte on a tray and cook in oven at 425º F for 25 minutes. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
