Citrus Salmon / Citrus Sea Salt

Ingredients:
1 slab of salmon
2 tsp Citrus Sea Salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
In a dish, place the slab skin side under. Rub with the citrus sea salt and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Set the oven at 400º f. Rub off the salt ans sugar excess and sprinkle with oil. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. The salmon meat must remain pinkish.
